THIS THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED WAREHOUSING CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Thirteenth Amendment”) is made effective as of April 10, 2023, by and among WALKER & DUNLOP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), WALKER & DUNLOP, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Parent”), and PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Lender”).
