THIS AGREEMENT, made as of May 1, 2023, by and between LINCOLN VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”), on its behalf and on behalf of its investment series set forth in Exhibit A (each, a “Fund”), LINCOLN FINANCIAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a Connecticut corporation (“Distributor”), LINCOLN FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS CORPORATION, a Tennessee corporation (“Adviser”), and MODERN WOODMEN OF AMERICA (“Society”), a fraternal benefit society organized under the laws of the State of Illinois.

This letter sets forth the agreement (“Agreement”) between Modern Woodmen of America (“you” or the “Society”) and the undersigned (“we” or “Price Associates”) concerning certain administration services to be provided by you, with respect to any or all of the T. Rowe Price Equity Series, Inc., T. Rowe Price Fixed Income Series, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Series, Inc. (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”).
