THIS ASSET PURCHASE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 30th day of June 2023 by and between Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, (“Purchaser”), and Honeywell International Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller” and together with the Purchaser, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
