Hut 8 Holdings Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (including Hut 8 Mining Corp., its successor by amalgamation pursuant to the terms of the Hut Amalgamation, the "Borrower") and Coinbase Credit, Inc.
