This Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2023, between Frontegra Asset Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and Frontier Funds, Inc. (the “Corporation”), on behalf of the Frontier MFG Global Equity Fund, Frontier MFG Global Sustainable Fund, Frontier MFG Core Infrastructure Fund, Frontier MFG Select Infrastructure Fund and Frontier HyperiUS Global Equity Fund (collectively the “Funds” and individually a “Fund”).
