FISCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT dated as of November 15, 2023, between the Province of British Columbia (the “Province”) and The Bank of New York Mellon, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York acting pursuant to its appointment under Section 2 of this Agreement (the “Fiscal Agent”, which term includes any successor Fiscal Agent appointed in accordance with this Agreement).
