AMENDMENT NO. 7 TO LOAN FINANCING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, dated as of March 1, 2024 (this “Amendment”), among GBDC 3 Funding LLC, as borrower (the “Borrower”), Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc., as servicer (the “Servicer”), Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch (“DBNY”), as facility agent (in such capacity, the “Facility Agent”), as agent (in such capacity, an “Agent”) and as a committed lender (in such capacity, a “Lender”) and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as collateral agent (in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent”) and as collateral custodian (in such capacity, the “Collateral Custodian”).
