This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of [*], 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between East Wisconsin Savings Bank, a Wisconsin-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), and Kory J. Schneider (the “Executive”). The Bank and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “parties.” Any reference to the “Company” shall mean EWSB Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of the Bank. The Company is a signatory to this Agreement for the purpose of guaranteeing the Bank’s performance hereunder.

This letter sets forth the agreement ("Agreement") between East Wisconsin Savings Bank (the "Bank"), the wholly owned subsidiary of ESWB Bancorp, Inc. (the mid-tier stock holding company), which in turn is wholly owned by Wisconsin Mutual Bancorp, MHC (the mutual holding company), and Feldman Financial Advisors, Inc. ("FFA"), whereby the Bank has engaged FFA to provide an independent appraisal of the estimated aggregate pro forma market value (the "Valuation") of the common stock to be sold in connection with the conversion of the Bank from the mutual holding company form of organization to the fully public stock holding company structure and concurrent offering of all the common stock of the public stock holding company (collectively referred to herein as the "Conversion").
