This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 22nd day of February, 2024, by and between POPULAR U.S. GOVERNMENT MONEY MARKET FUND, LLC (the “Fund”), a Puerto Rico limited liability company to be registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and POPULAR ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC (the “Investment Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
