THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 5th day of May, 2023, to be effective June 1, 2023, by and between Monachil Credit Income Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), Monachil Capital Partners LP, a Delaware limited partnership, solely for purposes of Section 5 hereof (the “Adviser”) and UMB Distribution Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Provider").

This Dealer Agreement (the “Agreement”) has been adopted pursuant to a Distribution Plan (the “Plan”) adopted by the Fund pursuant to an exemptive order granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). This Agreement, being made between UMB Distribution Services, LLC (the “Distributor”) and the undersigned authorized dealer, relates to the services to be provided by the authorized dealer and for which it is entitled to receive payments pursuant to the Plan.
