This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between HERITAGE COMMERCE CORP, a California bank holding company (the “Company”), HERITAGE BANK OF COMMERCE, a California banking corporation (the “Bank”), and CHRIS EDMONDS-WATERS, an individual (the “Executive”) as of April 30, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement supersedes any previous employment agreements or other arrangements or understandings between the parties regarding Executive’s employment.
