JIADE LIMITED, an exempted company incorporated with limited liability under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), proposes to issue and sell to the several underwriters named in Schedule I attached hereto (the “Underwriters”), for whom WestPark Capital, Inc. is acting as representative (in such capacity, the “Representative”), an aggregate of 2,000,000 ordinary shares, par value US$0.01 per share, of the Company (the “Firm Shares”).
