Equinix Europe 2 Financing Corporation LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Issuer”), and Equinix, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Guarantor”), have filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a post-effective amendment no. 1 to the Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-275203) (as amended, the “Registration Statement”) for the purpose of registering under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), certain securities, including $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 5.500% Senior Notes due 2034 (the “Notes”), fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Guarantor (the “Guarantee”, and, together with the Notes, the “Securities”).
