As we have discussed, you are transitioning from your position as Chief of Staff / Chief Operating Officer at RE/MAX Holdings, Inc and RE/MAX, LLC (collectively, “RE/MAX” or the “Company”) to a part-time position as a Project Manager effective June 3, 2024 (the “Effective Date”). This will allow the Company to continue to capitalize on your knowledge, skills, and years of experience.
