THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into and effective as of the 5th day of June, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SPIRIT AEROSYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Irene Esteves (“Employee”). The Company’s parent company is Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (“Holdings”).
