FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE dated as of July 3, 2024 (this “First Supplemental Indenture”), made and entered into by and between Steel Dynamics, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana, having its principal office at 7575 West Jefferson Blvd., Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804 (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as Trustee (the “Trustee”) under the indenture of the Company dated as of December 7, 2022 (the “Indenture”).
