THIS FOURTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of August 14, 2024, between PIEDMONT NATURAL GAS COMPANY, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina (the “Company”), and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States, as successor to Citibank, N.A. (the “Trustee”).

Par Call: On or after the Par Call Date, the Issuer may redeem the Notes at its option, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.
