(the “Company”), PLAINS MIDSTREAM CANADA ULC, a British Columbia unlimited liability company (“PMCULC”, and, together with the Company, the “Borrowers” and each individually, a “Borrower”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, and the Lenders party hereto.
