This Credit Agreement is entered into as of August 29, 2024 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), by and among Alaska Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Alaska Communications Systems Group”), as the Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower from time to time party hereto, as Guarantors, the various institutions from time to time party hereto, as Lenders, Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, an L/C Issuer and Swing Line Lender and Fifth Third Bank, National Association, as an L/C Issuer.
