This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1st day of March 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by Vision Marine Technologies Inc., a Canadian company with an address at 730 Boulevard du Cure-Boivin, Boisbriand (Quebec) J7G 2A7 (the “Company”), and Raffi Sossoyan (“Executive”). Executive and the Company are referred to as “Parties” or “Party” herein.
