FIRST AMENDMENT dated as of October 17, 2024 (this “Agreement”) to the Credit Agreement dated as of September 27, 2023, among NCR ATLEOS CORPORATION, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), the Foreign Borrowers from time to time party thereto, the lenders party thereto (the “Existing Lenders”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”) (as amended and in effect prior to the effectiveness of this Agreement, the “Credit Agreement”; the Credit Agreement, as modified by this Agreement, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
