THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gregory Sorensen(“Executive”), and Middlesex Water Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey (the “Company”) as of the 16th day of December 2024 (“Effective Date”).

This Change in Control Termination Agreement (the “CIC Agreement”) is entered into as of December 16, 2024, between Middlesex Water Company (the “Company”), a New Jersey corporation, and Gregory Sorensen (referred to as “You” in this CIC Agreement).
