NINTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of December 9, 2024 (this “Ninth Supplemental Indenture”), between AMERICAN HOMES 4 RENT, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), having its principal executive office located at 280 Pilot Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States, as trustee (the “Trustee”), which supplements that certain Indenture, dated as of February 7, 2018, by and between the Operating Partnership and the Trustee, as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association as trustee (the “Base Indenture,” and together with this Ninth Supplemental Indenture, the “Indenture”).
