THIS SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of December 17, 2024 by and among Brookfield Finance Inc. (the “Issuer”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, Brookfield Corporation (formerly known as Brookfield Asset Management Inc.)
