Notwithstanding the date of this Agreement, the Fourth Amended and Restated Flow Servicing Agreement will remain in effect until the Effective Date.

Notwithstanding the date of this Agreement, the Second Amended and Restated MSR Recapture Agreement will remain in effect until the Effective Date.
