SEVENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of February 10, 2016, between TEXAS-NEW MEXICO POWER COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Texas (the “Company”), and MUFG UNION BANK, N.A.
