THIS THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Credit Agreement”) is entered into as of September 25, 2017 among TEXAS-NEW MEXICO POWER COMPANY, a Texas corporation (together with its successors and permitted assigns, the “Borrower”), the Lenders and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent.
