THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on the date or dates indicated on the signature page hereto but effective as of November 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BASIC ENERGY SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereafter “Company”), and William T. Dame (hereafter “Executive”), an individual and resident of Texas. The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), is made and entered into by and between BASIC ENERGY SERVICES, L.P., a Delaware corporation (hereafter "Company"), and Eric Lannen (hereafter "Executive"), on the date or dates indicated on the signature page hereto, but effective for all purposes as of August 1, 2015 (the "Effective Date"). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
