THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 4th day of April, 2014, by and among Robert J. Stevens (the "Executive"), on the one hand, and Pacific Mercantile Bancorp and Pacific Mercantile Bank, a California banking corporation (collectively the "Bank"), on the other hand (Executive and the Bank collectively, the "Parties").
