THIS AGREEMENT is made as of this 21st day of August, 2000, by and between SCHWARTZ INVESTMENT TRUST (the "Trust"), an Ohio business trust having its principal place of business at 3707 W. Maple Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48301, and ULTIMUS FUND SOLUTIONS, LLC ("Ultimus"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and having its principal place of business at 135 Merchant Street, Suite 230, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246.
