This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of April 21, 2010 by and between the Stadion Managed Portfolio (formerly the PMFM ETF Portfolio Trust) (the “Fund”), a series of shares of the Stadion Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) and Stadion Money Management, Inc., a Georgia corporation (the “Advisor”).
