This Agreement is made and entered into effective as of April 1, 2012, by and between the Stadion Investment Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of the Stadion Olympus Fund, a series of shares of the Trust (the “Fund”), and Stadion Money Management, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Advisor”).
