THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of October, 2014, by and between THE CUTLER TRUST, a Delaware business trust (the "Trust"), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the "Custodian"). This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Custody Agreement dated as of April 18, 2005 between THE CUTLER TRUST and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.
