THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 22nd day of September, 2014, by and between THE INVESTMENT HOUSE FUNDS, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces the Custody Agreement dated as of December 31, 2001 between THE GKM FUNDS now known as THE INVESTMENT HOUSE FUNDS and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.
