THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of August 1, 2014, by and between the GOVERNMENT STREET EQUITY FUND of WILLIAMSBURG INVESTMENT TRUST, a Massachusetts Business Trust (the “Trust”), and Leavell Investment Management, Inc., an Alabama corporation (the “Adviser”), registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
