THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of December 22, 2015, by and between WILLIAMSBURG INVESTMENT TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of DAVENPORT BALANCED INCOME FUND, and DAVENPORT & COMPANY LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Adviser”), registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
