This First Amendment to Employment Agreement ("Amendment" or “First Amendment”), executed on this 21st day of December 2009, by and between IPG Photonics Corporation, a Delaware corporation having an office at 50 Old Webster Road, Oxford, MA 01540 (the "Corporation"), and _________ ("Executive").
