This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), executed on this 4th day of May, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between IPG Photonics Corporation, a Delaware corporation having an office at 50 Old Webster Road, Oxford, MA 01540 (the “Corporation”), and Valentin P. Gapontsev (“Executive”). The Corporation and Executive are referred to jointly below as the “Parties.”

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”), executed on this 4th day of May, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between IPG Laser GmbH, a German limited liability company having an office at Siemensstrasse 7, D-57299 Burbach, Germany (the “Company”), and Evgeny Scherbakov (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are referred to jointly below as the “Parties.”

Photonics, Laser and Executive are referred to jointly below as the “Parties.”
