("Lender") a Nevada corporation with its principal executive offices at 651 Day Hill Road, Windsor, Connecticut 06095 and Tower Structures, Inc. ("Borrower") a Connecticut corporation with its principal executive offices at 370 South Main Street, Terryville, Connecticut 06786.
