THIS TEAMING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 10th day of March 2013, by and between E-WASTE SYSTEMS, INC., an electronics waste recycling and reverse logistics firm, whose registered address is 101 First St. #493, Los Altos, CA 94022 USA, and whose functional headquarters is located at 145-157 St. John St., London, EC1V 4PW England (“EWSI”) and Forex Trading LLC, dba Semper Pacific Wealth Strategies, whose address is 8775 Costa Verde Blvd #1207, San Diego, CA. 92122 (also referred to as; “SPWS”, SemPac or “Semper Pacific”) all of which and together with EWSI are hereinafter individually a “Party” and are jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
