This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective June 8, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) between MORGAN BEAUMONT INC., a Nevada corporation (“Company”), located at 6015 31st Street East, Bradenton, Florida 34203, and RECARGA EXPRESS S.L., a Spain company (“Client”), located at Avenida De La Salud, #14, 30890, Lorca (Murcia), Spain, (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
