This SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS (this “Release”) is entered into this 29th day of January, 2007 by and between nFinanSe Inc. (“Company”) and Clifford Wildes (“Employee”), (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”).
