THIS SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 19th day of November, 2010, between Brian Pak Lun Mok (the “Purchaser”) and Stewart Shiang Lor (the “Seller”) (each a “Party”, and collectively the “Parties”), pursuant to which the Seller agrees to sell to the Purchaser and the Purchaser agrees to buy from the Seller 50,000 shares of Joyrich Group Limited, a British Virgin Islands company’s (the “Company”) stock as indicated in Section 1 below, which the Seller presently owns.
