This Award Agreement is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Revised and Restated Central Valley Community Bancorp 2005 Omnibus Incentive Plan (Plan), a copy of which is attached to this Award Agreement as Exhibit A. Unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used herein have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Plan.
