THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 23 day of June, 2008, by and between Steven Radt (the "EMPLOYEE") and Delaware American Motorcycles, Inc. and Hybrid Dynamics Corporation (jointly the “EMPLOYER"). WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the mutual promises and consideration set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: I. EMPLOYMENT EMPLOYER employs EMPLOYEE, and EMPLOYEE accepts employment with EMPLOYER, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. II. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT This Agreement shall be effective on July 15, 2008, (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the following provisions: (a) During the first year of this Agreement, neither party may terminate this Agreement other than for Gross Neglect of Duties (as defined below); and (b) At any time after the first year, this Agreement may be terminated only for Good Cause (as defined below).
