This Share Exchange Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2009, is made by and among Lid Hair Studios International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Acquiror Company”), Eric Anderson (the “Principal Acquiror Company Shareholder”), Asia-Pharm Holding Inc. a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the ”Shareholder”) and China Children Pharmaceuticals Co. a company incorporated in Hong Kong (the “Company”).
