THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EcoBlu Products, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Company”), and Steve Conboy, an individual (“Employee”), effective April 1st, 2011 (“Effective Date”). The Company desires to retain the services of Employee, and Employee desires to be employed by the Company for the term of this Agreement. Certain terms used in this Agreement denoted by initial capital letters are defined in Section 20.
