This Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release (“Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release”) is made and given by and between, SINGLE TOUCH SYSTEMS INC., a Delaware corporation(“SITO”), SINGLE TOUCH INTERACTIVE, INC., a Nevada corporation, doing business in California (“STI”), and SOAPBOX MOBILE, INC., a Delaware Corporation with, by and including all Common Shareholders collectively and individually (“SOAPBOX”).
