This document will serve as an agreement (the “Agreement”) among the Shareholder, the Offeror and Acquiror relating to the Shareholder depositing pursuant to the Offer all Common Shares now owned or over which control and direction is exercised by the Shareholder (the “Shares”) and any common shares issued to such Shareholder (the “Option Shares”) on the exercise of options to acquire common shares of the Company (the “Options”), as more particularly set forth on the execution page of this Agreement.
