Agreement made, effective as of December 1, 2010, by and between Black Hills Corporation, a South Dakota corporation, with its principal office located at 625 Ninth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota (referred to in this Agreement as “Black Hills or Company”), Thomas M. Ohlmacher, and T.O.P, LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company (referred to in this Agreement as “Contractor”).
